At 12:30 PM, an exclusive opportunity arises to explore the Home and Studio of this beloved poetess, located at Gajowa 4. Step into the very space where Iłłakowiczówna spent decades crafting her timeless verses and immerse yourself in the poetic ambiance of her world. Her home and studio, nestled in the heart of Poznań, offer a glimpse into her creative genius and the inspiration behind her timeless works.

But that’s not all! As the sun sets in Poznań, we’ve got another treat lined up for you. Join us at 6:00 PM at the Workshop-Museum of J.I. Kraszewski, right over on Wroniecka 14, for a cozy evening celebrating Stanisława Łowińska’s newest book: “Noc zaprzęga gwiazdy” (“Night Harnessing the Stars”). It’s a chance to dive into poetic wonders inspired by the charming hometown of Ścinawka Górna alongside Łowińska herself.

The Home and Studio of Kazimiera Iłłakowiczówna serves as a unique museum, preserving the essence of the poetess’ life since its inception on February 16th, 1984 – the first anniversary of her passing. From the original edition of “Ikarowe Loty” to emblems earned during her service as a nurse in World War I, each artifact tells a story of resilience and inspiration.
