Estrada Stage Pop Up Returns with Four Autumn Concerts

Poznań's live music calendar is getting another dose of the unexpected as Estrada Poznańska brings back its Estrada Stage Pop Up series for autumn and winter 2026. The programme features four intimate concerts, with the artists and venues revealed shortly before each performance.

The series began in spring with four shows featuring Product May Contain, Ola Budzyńska, Stara Rzeka and Ninja Episkopat. Rather than sticking to established concert spaces, the events took audiences to places including Galeria u Jezuitów and the historic Łazęga Poznańska pavilion, tucked away in a courtyard on Święty Marcin.

The format returns with the same element of surprise. Audiences know the concert dates in advance, but the performers and locations are announced around two to three weeks before each show. It offers a chance to discover artists outside the usual live music circuit while seeing parts of the city in a different light.

Sabatini opens the autumn programme

The first concert takes place on 22nd October at 7:00 pm, with Warsaw band Sabatini performing at Masztalarska 8a, in a space formerly occupied by a Georgian restaurant.

Sabatini's sound draws on alternative folk, post-rock and cinematic music, combining Polish-language songwriting with guitars and synthesiser textures. Folk songs, ritualistic influences and references to old television series feed into music that explores relationships, separation, the passing of time and the natural world.

The band's atmospheric approach avoids conventional song structures, favouring strong melodies and a more unpredictable progression. It is an opening act that sets the tone for a series built around musical discovery rather than a single genre.

Three more dates before the end of the year

The programme continues with three further concerts, each taking a different approach to the relationship between acoustic instruments, electronic sounds and improvisation.

  • 19 November: Piano meets electronics, ambient, jazz and film-inspired sounds, with minimalist and experimental passages.

  • 3 December: An exploration of improvisation, jazz and electronic music influenced by nature, moving between reflective passages and more rhythmic sections.

  • 17 December: A meeting of a traditional instrument with jazz, ambient, electronics and improvisation, incorporating beats and processed sounds.

The artists and venues for these three dates have yet to be announced. As with the spring programme, details are expected around two to three weeks before each performance.
