Choosing what to do after school or university can be difficult, particularly for young people who are still working out their interests and skills. An upcoming event in Poznań aims to give them a clearer picture of the options available.
Jobs of the Future takes place on Wednesday, 28th October, from 10.30 am at Poznań Congress Centre, part of the Poznań International Fair grounds. Organised by sprawny.marketing, the team behind Poland’s I Love Marketing & Technology conference, the event is designed for young people preparing to enter the world of work or considering their next steps.
The programme is aimed at school leavers, university students and graduates, including those who have yet to settle on a career direction.
Practical advice from industry professionals
The invited speakers bring experience from different fields, including business, communication, law and personal development.
Among those announced are Gosia Siedlik, a business trainer specialising in practical applications of Canva and ChatGPT; Kama Kotowska, a communications expert and public speaking trainer; and Marcin Kruszewski, a lawyer known for his Prawo Marcina profile.
Joanna Brzozowska-Wabik, a certified Gallup Strengths coach, is also on the programme.
Alongside talks and panel discussions, attendees will have the opportunity to meet potential employers and speak with representatives of universities. The emphasis is on helping young people understand their options, develop useful skills and approach their first career decisions with greater confidence.
For Poznań, where universities and employers bring together people at different stages of their professional lives, the event is an opportunity to connect education with the changing expectations of the workplace.
Admission is free, although places are limited. Advance registration is available online.
