Community organisations, charities and social enterprises are being invited to take part in one of Poznań’s most inspiring annual events as applications officially open for Poznański Targ Dobra 2026 (Poznan Market of Goodness).
Returning to Plac Wolności on Sunday 6 September 2026, the event brings together non-governmental organisations, volunteers, public institutions and residents for a day dedicated to showcasing the people and organisations helping to make Poznań a more inclusive, supportive and connected city.
Held from 10:00 until 17:00, the fair has become an established fixture in the city’s community calendar, offering residents the opportunity to discover local initiatives, learn new skills and meet the organisations working behind the scenes to improve everyday life across Poznań.
This year’s edition will once again be held under the theme “Zasiej dobro” (“Sow Goodness”), encouraging everyone to share ideas, inspire others and celebrate the power of community action.
Applications Now Open
Organisers are inviting a broad range of exhibitors to apply, including:
- Non-governmental organisations (NGOs)
- Social economy enterprises
- City institutions
- Informal community groups
Applications must be submitted using the official online form by 5 August 2026.
Organisations of every size are encouraged to participate, whether they are well-established charities or newly formed community initiatives looking to introduce their work to a wider audience.

Bringing Together the Best of Poznań’s Community Sector
Poznański Targ Dobra combines Poznań NGO Day with the Social Economy Fair, creating a single event that celebrates the enormous contribution made by organisations working for the benefit of residents.
The fair provides an opportunity for charities, foundations, associations and social enterprises to present their work, recruit volunteers, develop new partnerships and engage directly with thousands of visitors throughout the day.
For residents, it is a chance to discover organisations they may never have encountered before, explore volunteering opportunities and learn more about the many projects taking place across the city.
The event also offers international residents an excellent introduction to Poznań’s active voluntary sector, making it easier to become involved in local community life.
Eight Themed Zones Planned
As in previous years, organisers intend to divide the event into a series of themed areas designed to help visitors easily explore organisations with similar missions.
The planned zones include:
- Equality
- Health
- Environment
- Culture
- Education
- Community Activity
- Sport
- Social Marketplace
The final layout will depend on the number of applications received. Should there be insufficient demand for a particular zone, participating organisations will instead be allocated to another suitable section of the event.
A Day Full of Activities
One of the reasons Poznański Targ Dobra continues to attract visitors year after year is its wide variety of interactive attractions.
Last year’s programme featured everything from creative workshops and sporting activities to educational demonstrations and family entertainment.
Visitors enjoyed:

- Herbal workshops
- Board games
- Outdoor games
- Family entertainment
- Sports competitions
- Nature walks
- Bicycle maintenance demonstrations
- First aid sessions
- Esperanto language workshops
Among the most memorable attractions were the Book Bus, the Mobile Accessibility Centre, an African Fashion House runway presentation, guide dog demonstrations, the Living Library, an ageing simulation suit and a vehicle rollover simulator highlighting road safety.
These hands-on experiences allowed visitors not only to learn practical skills but also to better understand the work carried out by many of Poznań’s organisations every day.
Although the full programme for 2026 has not yet been announced, organisers are expected to deliver another varied schedule of workshops, demonstrations and family-friendly activities.
