RestaurantWeek 2025 in Poznań: What to Know Before Booking — Menus, Venues & More

RestaurantWeek 2025 returns to Poznań this autumn with a six-week edition running from 7 October to 19 November 2025. Guests can look forward to three-course menus, a complimentary cocktail or Pepsi, and a clear booking system. This season follows the theme From Foodies For Foodies, which shifts the focus away from lists or rankings and toward the recommendations of people who actually eat in these places and share their experiences.

Dates, structure, and what’s included

RestaurantWeek 2025 runs from 7 October to 19 November 2025 across Poland, including Poznań, with each reservation covering a three-course set menu plus a gift – a cocktail (for guests 18+) or a Pepsi.

The base price is 69.99 zł per person, plus a 9.99 zł booking fee. Prime-time hours – those busiest dinner slots – add +10 zł per guest. To keep things running smoothly, each table is booked for 90 minutes, which makes it possible for more diners to enjoy the festival while keeping service balanced for restaurants.

On top of the flat pricing, there are some attractive perks. Visa cardholders can claim up to 40 zł off depending on their card type, and larger groups benefit from the “Ósmy Gość (eighth-guest) –50%” promotion, which encourages bringing friends along.

How the booking works

RestaurantWeek 2025 keeps the booking process simple and consistent:

  1. Select a restaurant and menu (Menu A or B; one often vegetarian).
  2. Pick date, time, and party size.
  3. Pay online – all charges, including prime-time surcharges and Visa discounts, are shown up front.

The entire process takes only a few minutes. Once confirmed, you know exactly what you’ll pay and what to expect, removing the uncertainty that often comes with dining out.

From Foodies For Foodies

The key theme of RestaurantWeek 2025 is #FromFoodiesForFoodies. Instead of relying on rankings or awards, the participating restaurants are those chosen and revisited by diners themselves. This approach brings the festival closer to its community, reflecting genuine enthusiasm rather than marketing budgets.

As Paulina Piwko, co-organizer of RestaurantWeek®, explains:

RestaurantWeek® is entering a new chapter – more personal, community-driven, and based on authentic experiences. It’s not rankings or popularity statistics that decide where it’s worth going, but recommendations from Foodies who truly know their stuff. Their choices curate this year’s edition and make the Festival even closer to its Guests, offering time and space to discover new flavors, return to favorite places, and share culinary experiences with loved ones.

BreakfastWeek: mornings included

Alongside the main event, BreakfastWeek offers a daytime option. For 35 zł plus a 6 zł booking fee, you get a breakfast set and a plant-based coffee made with Alpro products – either an Alproccino with oat milk or an Alprolatte with almond milk. Running across Poznań and other cities on the same dates, it’s an easy way to discover new cafés or start the day differently if evenings are packed!

Practical tips for Poznań diners

  • Plan two or three bookings—mix a safe choice with something new.
  • Review both menu options in advance to avoid surprises.
  • Book off-peak times to skip the +10 zł surcharge.
  • Register your Visa card early to access discounts.
  • Bring friends—thanks to the eighth-guest promotion, groups save more.
  • If dinners don’t fit your schedule, try BreakfastWeek for a lighter option.

Final bite

RestaurantWeek 2025 makes eating out in Poznań simple and rewarding: fixed pricing, diverse menus, and enough time to explore. With 29 restaurants on the list, it’s an opportunity to revisit old favorites or try completely new spots without hesitation. Reservations are already open at RestaurantWeek.pl, and as always, the most popular tables will be the first to go, so book fast!
