Running through July and August, “Smaczne lato w Poznaniu 2025” is a vibrant culinary celebration coordinated by the Poznań Local Tourist Organization (PLOT). Sixteen top-tier restaurants in Poznań and the surrounding area – including several Michelin-recognized venues – are taking part. Each has crafted a one-of-a-kind tasting menu, reimagining local ingredients and heirloom recipes with seasonal flair and creative finesse.

From village vegetables and smoked cheeses to wild herbs and heritage meats, the menus are deeply rooted in the region’s culinary heritage—yet delightfully modern in form and flavor.
