An exclusive tasting at American Dream Club offered a glimpse into the creativity, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful cooking shaping this year’s FineDiningWeek in Poznań.
With FineDiningWeek already underway, the festival recently welcomed invited media representatives and guests to a preview held at American Dream Club. Located in the heart of Poznań, the restaurant combines contemporary dining with an atmosphere where gastronomy, art and live music come together. The evening provided an opportunity to experience one of the exclusive tasting menus created especially for this year’s festival while introducing the concept that defines FineDiningWeek, where every participating restaurant prepares two menus available only for the duration of the event.
Unlike a traditional restaurant visit, the festival encourages chefs to step beyond their regular offerings, creating dishes designed specifically for FineDiningWeek. While each restaurant interprets the concept through its own culinary identity, the shared emphasis remains on seasonality, originality and the experience of enjoying a carefully composed tasting menu.
